Vancouver Marathon

 Currently we do not have plans to run a Marathon clinic in the spring of 2022, with the uncertainty of variants and constant changes with protocols we do not want to start a large endeavor like a Marathon clinic to only have to cancel part way along. This Clinic is designed to take Marathoners through a great program that will have you ready for the May 2020 event. The Clinic will meet on Thursday evenings starting with endurance training and then moving into speed/tempo sessions. On Sundays we will meet for the long runs to build up your endurance and time on your legs. The goal is to get you through the training injury free and building a love for distance running.We offer all levels with group leaders to take you through the workouts.The clinic will also include special training seminars on non-run days. Each member of the clinic will receive a souvenir garment.

Participants should be capable of running at least 7 miles (12 km) for a long run and at least 20 miles (32 km)  in one week before the start of the clinic. Pace is not a concern just the base of running. If in doubt please give us a call.
