Walking Clinics

Looking for a friendly group of people to share some great walks with? This fitness walking group is for you. Walking is one of the best low impact cardiovascular exercises you can enjoy. Walks will vary depending on abilities. Come walk with us. Tuesday night walk group is for more advanced walkers.

Time and day:                   Tuesdays at 6:30 pm 
Dates:                               NEW session starts January 8th, 2019
Cost:                                 $20.00/12 week session or $2 drop-in
Prerequisite(s):                 A positive attitude and a desire to get out for a good walk
