Our Fall Clinic 2022 starting September 20th, will include our Running 2.0 group which is a transition group for those coming back from a lull in running or back from injury. This group does workouts but has many more breaks and warms up with walking vs running. This group is targeted to gently introduce workouts and get your running back.
