Run/Walk group will return for Fall 2025 Session
Start Date: Tuesday September 16th, 2025
This group follows a basic run/walk program and will help you get back into the swing of things in a group setting . This group is targeted to gently introduce running back into your regular routine. The goal is to progress and build up a base of straight running vs doing speed or strength workouts, the group will progress based on how the participants are doing.
