Spring Running Clinic 2025 Starts April 1st….Yes April 1st
This training session takes runners through a mixture of different workouts all led by amazing group leaders. Workouts include: Hill training, Speed training, Strength training, Tempo type workouts.
All levels of runners, limited group sizes. Must be comfortable running for 30 minutes straight. Must come in person to sign up.
Start Date: Tuesday April 1st and runs until May 20th as the last session
Time: 6:30 PM mostly from the runners’ den location with a couple off site workouts
